Where we ship

We currently accept orders for delivery within the United States only.

Fulfillment and processing

Products may ship directly from an approved supplier or distributor location. Orders are typically submitted for fulfillment within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed, but supplier stock verification, holidays, high order volume, or fraud review can extend processing time. Processing and delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Items in one order may arrive in separate shipments. We will send tracking information when it is provided by the supplier or carrier.

Shipping charges

• Standard shipping: $8 for qualifying orders below $300.
• Free standard shipping: qualifying orders of $300 or more.
• Express shipping: $15 where shown and available at checkout.

The shipping charge displayed at checkout controls. Express service affects carrier transit only and does not eliminate supplier processing time.

Address changes, cancellations, and delivery issues

Contact us immediately if an address is incorrect or you need to request cancellation. We cannot guarantee a change or cancellation after an order has been submitted to a supplier.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete, deliverable address. Report visible damage, missing items, or a delivery problem promptly so we can coordinate with the carrier and supplier.
