Refund and Returns Policy

Requesting a return

Contact support@shootingastargear.com within 14 days after delivery before sending anything back. A return is not authorized until we issue return instructions or a return merchandise authorization (RMA). Returns sent without authorization may be refused.

Eligibility

To be eligible, an item must generally be unused, unopened, complete, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase. Return eligibility is also subject to the applicable supplier or manufacturer rules.

Special-order, custom-configured, clearance, final-sale, opened software or license products, consumables, and other supplier-designated nonreturnable items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, except where required by law or where the item is defective.

Damaged, incorrect, or defective items

Inspect your order promptly. Contact us as soon as possible with the order number, product and serial number if applicable, photos of the packaging and item, and a description of the issue. We will coordinate the applicable supplier, carrier, or manufacturer process. Defect claims after the return window are handled under the manufacturer's warranty, if any.

Return shipping, fees, and refunds

For approved change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any supplier restocking fee. We will disclose known fees in the return instructions. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return results from our or the supplier's error or applicable law requires otherwise.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received, inspected, and accepted. Bank processing time may vary. We do not promise a refund, replacement, or repair until the supplier or manufacturer confirms eligibility and the item is inspected when required.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
